Giving Back to Our Community

McIntosh Cheer took time out of preparation for their upcoming season to spend time with young cheerleaders. In early August, the squad mentored members of the Fayette County Community Youth Football and Cheerleading program on growing their cheerleading skill set.

The Chiefs worked with FCCYFC cheerleaders ages kindergarten through 6th grade on cheer routines, tumbling, stunting, and choreography. At the end of the day, each team of FCCYFC cheerleaders had the opportunity to showcase their routine for coaches, parents, and each other. It was held at The Bridge in Peachtree City.

Participants from McIntosh were: Alicia Carrrillo-Bueno, Sophia Cordoba, Ashley Henriott, Anna Johnson, Channing Patterson, Nicol Rodriguez, Brooke Tringale, Laney Linville, Julianna Lockwood, Charlotte Malloy, Sofia Rueff, Maggie Bowens, Ella Comacho, Blair Dollens, Willow Head, Meredith Lawson, Ava Grace Phillips, Alexis Ricca, Zamanta Rios Madrid, Mackenzie Waldron, Anna Wheeler, Saylor Ziegler, Taylor Beck, Addison Brubaker, Skylar Burnham, Maddie Craig, Rylee Kent, Aria Kroge, Maxim Mercier-Marginean, Goddess Miller, Marine Sakura, Brooklyn Turner, along with coach Shannon Bednarowski.
